There’s a little shop right next door for last-minute things, so I didn't have to walk or drive to a store. The location worked well for me, and it was easy to get where I wanted to go. I felt safe throughout, and the hallways were well lit. There’s music playing in them, which I personally don’t mind. The hotel was clean, and so was my room. After check-in, the staff showed me around and answered all the questions I had. They were exceptionally friendly and professional. It seems like a good place for a longer stay. They supplied cookware, dishes, and towels. Changing the sheets or getting fresh towels costs a little much, but that's life. For anything else you need to cook or clean, you'll have to buy it yourself, as if you were in your own apartment.

The location worked well, and the apartment itself is newly built. A few staff members did try to help, but my 15-day stay was still a disappointment. I chose an apartment so I could feel at home for a few weeks, but it wasn't comfortable and there was always some issue. Customer service was poor, and staff who felt sympathetic seemed constrained by management rules. Basic things were missing, so I had to shop for what I needed. Every service came at an extra cost: towels, sheets, room cleaning, even slippers. At that point, a regular apartment at half the price seemed like a better choice, and I ended up moving. I managed to reach management only once, after they realized I would cut my stay short. They cleaned the room that one time, then showed little concern. The place calls itself a hotel apartment, but the service doesn't live up to that. Management needs to improve both its organization and customer service. Without the new building, it would be a complete mess. I wouldn't come back or recommend it. It felt like a waste of money, especially when better options are available.

We found the hotel apartments very clean, and the service was excellent. Hassan Al-Dasouqi deserves a special thanks for being professional and polite.
