The reception staff were really cool and friendly, which is the only reason I didn't give this one star. The rooms were dirty and dated, and there was no valet or anyone to help with bags. For the price, I don't think it should be called a four-star hotel. Two or three stars at most.

The staff were courteous, and the rooms were quite spacious. I also liked having an HDMI port on the TV. The shower was the main problem: pressure was weak and the water never got quite hot enough to enjoy. There was another bathroom issue too, but we reported it and they fixed it quickly. The WiFi was pretty bad, so don't rely on it, and as far as I know there wasn't a gym or pool. You only get one of those ancient chip-card room keys, so the door lock system could use an upgrade. The price could be a little lower, though I guess customers always want that. It was a nice hotel, but I'd plan to shower somewhere else if you can. The shower is manageable, just not enjoyable 😅. Unfortunately, someone called and was given information about our stay without our permission, even though that should be confidential.

The room floor and towels were dirty, and the water pressure was very low. Nobody was available to help with luggage. The reception staff were supportive, but the hotel needs a full renovation.

The facilities were fair enough, and the WiFi was quite fast. Breakfast was good and delicious. Room service especially was poor, though, and the hotel service overall could be better.

A quiet, very clean place in a really good location. I'd recommend it for business trips or family stays.
