The staff were cheerful and helpful, and breakfast was better than I expected. Rooms are on the small side, but clean and well maintained. It's quiet among a group of hotels close to the city's main sites, with small shops nearby for supplies. I enjoyed using the gym on the top floor. I was mildly amused to see that the equipment, a couple of treadmills, a bike and some free weights, seemed to have come from a Planet Fitness somewhere in a Spanish speaking country.

We'd definitely recommend this hotel. The staff were warm and helpful, and gave us local suggestions for the best beach and restaurant, Khubza&Seneya. Parking is right outside, breakfast was wonderful, and there's a little gym upstairs on the top floor.

Everything we needed was within walking distance, including the markets and beach, even late at night, so there was no need for transport. Parking was readily available, which made arrival and leaving easy. The reception and staff were very welcoming, and the beautiful building felt comfortable as soon as we arrived. For the price, the rooms were exceptionally clean and the service quality was great. It's a pleasant, comfortable option for a short stay or quick, budget-friendly break. I'd happily repeat the experience and recommend it for convenience and value.

The room was spotless and comfortable, and breakfast was fresh, healthy, and delicious. Everyone on the team was friendly and helpful, and the welcome made our time in Aqaba memorable. At check-in, ISMAEL was especially professional and knowledgeable, making everything easy. MR Alnaimat showed real kindness by helping my mother in her wheelchair all the way to our room and making sure we were comfortable. I truly appreciate the whole team, and I’ll definitely come back.

The location, rooms, and staff were all great. I ordered room service, and the restaurant food was especially good. Thanks in particular to Chef Anwar!
