Swisstouches Amman Hotel

The pool was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel for a summer vacation. Booking.com listed it as a seasonal facility available during June, but after we arrived I found out it was closed for maintenance until August. That wasn’t clearly disclosed during booking. I asked to cancel because a key amenity that had influenced my decision wasn’t available. The hotel kept delaying and avoiding a clear answer. After I’d already spent three nights there, I was told I wouldn’t get a refund. I’d also requested a higher-floor room before arrival and was assured that wouldn’t be a problem. At check-in I got a first-floor room. They apologized and promised to move me the next day, but never did, and there was no follow-up or effort to keep that promise. I felt deceived, ignored, and undervalued. The problem wasn’t just the closed pool, but the misleading information and lack of honesty, transparency, and respect. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it for reliable service and a stress-free vacation.

As a Brazilian, I was so glad to meet someone who speaks Portuguese. It made it much easier to communicate and helped us feel at home right away. Shereen, the hotel receptionist, was kind, friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived. She went out of her way to make things comfortable and easy for us. Thank you, Shereen, for making the stay feel so special!

We spent two nights at Swisstouches Hotel Amman just after our wedding, and the hotel felt elegant and well suited to a special occasion. Shirin and Watan at the front desk deserve a special mention. They were warm, attentive, genuinely happy for us, and always willing to go the extra mile. The whole team made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. For a honeymoon, anniversary, or other special event in Amman, I highly recommend Swisstouches. The staff alone make it worth every star.

Shereen was incredibly welcoming and kind during check-in, and her attention made us feel right at home. Thanks to her, our stay was really comfortable. We were delighted with Swisstouches in Amman. The hotel is modern and cozy, with spacious, clean rooms and lovely design. Breakfast had lots of choice and everything was delicious. We’ll definitely come back, and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Amman! 🌟
