There was no lock on the door, so literally anyone could get in. The hotel had no internet either. It was one of the dirtiest places I've ever seen, and the stay was horrible. We stayed one night but were charged for three. After two weeks of going back and forth with them, they said they wouldn't return the money. SCAMMERS!

I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The pictures are misleading and don't match the rooms, which were poorly cleaned. Service was extremely disappointing, and the place felt uncomfortable for women, especially for anyone traveling alone. I'd strongly advise against staying here.

I made an unplanned booking in person, and the staff were fair, friendly, and really helpful. The rooms were clean and the location was superb. Loved it, and I'd stay again.

The staff were nice, but don't stay on weekends if you need sleep. The basement nightclub's beat carried up to the third floor while I was there, and I could hear it until after 6 am. No sleep at all. I hope management responds to this review 🤞

This was my favourite hotel of the trip. There are lots of cheap places to eat nearby and a mall, and the area felt safe. Parking was included, the water was hot, and the staff were extremely polite. I thought it was great value for money. There's a gift shop in the hotel, plus another one a few steps away, handy if you forget to pick up gifts earlier.
