W Amman

Joanna at reception deserves special thanks. She was kind, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. We had a wonderful stay at W Amman, and loved how beautiful and comfortable the suite was. To us, it's one of Jordan's nicest and most luxurious hotels. This was one of our best stays in the country, and a special experience.

We stayed at this hotel twice in the last 14 days, and both visits were top shelf. The Jordanian staff's warmth, pride, and friendliness really stood out. My family and I felt pampered, safe, comfortable, and content with everyone at the property. Thanks to the management and staff for treating us so well and running such an excellent hotel. As a lifetime Titanium member, I'm truly impressed.

The hotel layout is a bit maze-like, with different elevators, stairs, and corridors needed to get around. I actually found that interesting. We could walk to Al Abdali Boulevard for a stroll, coffee, or a meal. The main drawback was the heavy traffic on the highway leading to the hotel, which is outside its control. Our room was spacious and clean, and they provided an extra bed without me asking. The kids enjoyed their stay. Reception and the other staff we met were professional and proactive, and Hassan Al Shayeb helped us find our way around. The service was exceptional, and the staff were warm, welcoming, and clearly well trained.

Mrs. Tala at the front desk made check-in smooth and easy. She welcomed me warmly and professionally, and her attention to detail set a great tone for the stay. All through my first trip to Jordan, the staff were helpful and attentive, from giving dining recommendations to helping with luggage. The reception area has a striking design and a lively, inviting feel. W Amman exceeded my expectations, combining modern style, luxury, and outstanding service. I highly recommend it and hope to return.
