It was peaceful and cozy, and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was delicious, too. The hotel is well placed for walking to the beach or doing some shopping nearby, and it was comfortable and relaxing for a couple of nights. Special thanks to reception, Miss Mona and Mr Said. Thank you again. Mahmoud

Service gets zero stars from me. The reception and management keep turning off the boiler to save electricity, so hot water isn't available around the clock and we have to keep reminding them. The receptionist is very stubborn about sticking to their rules. The room's tea kettle didn't work, and when I noticed early in the morning, nobody could replace it. I was told to wait until 8-8:30.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the location was perfect. Excellent service from mr. Mina in the restaurant and ms. Mona at reception. The Wi-Fi did have a problem.

The breakfast buffet was a highlight, with plenty of variety and really delicious food. Hotel Aqua Vista in Aqaba also has spacious rooms for a very affordable price, and it's close to the city center. I had a very good stay.

It was a peaceful, comfortable stay, and I'd do it again. Many thanks to Mr. Mina and the reception staff.
