Everything was amazing, from finding the hotel easily and having secure parking to the moment we left. The rooms were clean, breakfast was good, and the furnishings were really impressive. All the staff were great, including reception, restaurant, cleaning, and the parking security guard. You can walk to the beach, with food places and shops close by. I’d absolutely recommend this beautiful hotel.

Bratus Hotel Aqaba was peaceful and pleasant, with a beautiful view that added to the stay. The hotel was exceptionally clean and had a calm atmosphere where we could fully relax. Special thanks to Ms.Hala for her attentive, professional service and genuine care for guests. She really made a difference to our stay. Highly recommended.

Check-in and checkout were easy, and the staff stayed attentive, professional, and welcoming the whole time. The room was comfortable, clean, and clearly well cared for. A very pleasant stay.

The hotel has a lovely, peaceful feel and a lot of potential, but the experience didn't quite live up to it. Breakfast was the biggest letdown: very few choices, nothing seemed fresh, and it felt like little care or generosity had gone into it. No one asked how things were going or invited feedback either. More attention to the guest experience could bring this place up to a much higher standard.

We enjoyed every part of our stay, especially the atmosphere and the lovely people. Bernie deserves a special mention for her kindness and warm smiles. She made it feel even more special.
