Hi sir, thank you for your feedback. We're sorry your experience wasn't what you expected. Just to clarify, this is a monthly rental property, not a regular hotel. We do our best to keep it clean and comfortable, though on a long-term stay things like a stray cat getting in can sometimes happen. We take your comment seriously and will make sure it's handled. The receptionist deserves a mention. She was friendly and quick to help whenever we had a problem. The hotel's in a good location, with plenty of free parking in the garage across the street. The room was an adequate size and furnished well enough by Jordanian standards, though a bit dated. We could clearly hear people in the stairwell and hallway, plus cars on the street below, even with the windows shut. It was a good stay overall, and we'd be happy to come back. The hotel can be hard to find: from the roundabout, drive up Pr. Mohammad St., take the first right, and it's on the left at the next intersection where the road splits.

The service was 7/10. The bedding was only average for cleanliness, around 5/10, and they didn't provide blankets. The room lighting was poor because some lights were out of order, and there was no hot water. Acceptable for a two-star hotel.

The rooms were basic and not great, and the electricity cut out twice. The reception staff, though, were excellent.
