I’ve stayed at plenty of Aqaba hotels for work, and this was my worst experience. I couldn’t find a sea view room, so I booked a standard room. The picture showed a bed and a curtain running along the full wall, but when I went up after paying at reception, I was shocked to find there were no windows. I asked about upgrading, but they said they were fully booked. I don’t understand how “no view” means no window. I asked for a refund and was told they couldn’t give one. I checked in at 8:00 p.m. and planned to leave early the next morning, but ended up leaving without sleeping there or getting my money back. I told them I’d leave this review and they didn’t seem to care. I booked another hotel nearby. I guess the owner or management cares more about $50 than the hotel’s reputation. Don’t book here, it’s a scam!

The staff at Luciana were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was large and delicious. It’s a clean, comfortable hotel at an affordable price, just a short walk from the ocean. Definitely recommend.

We had a great time here, easily a 10/10. The breakfast was impeccable, the rooms felt modern, and the staff were incredible. They accommodated our late check-in and kept our bags after checkout so we could explore for the day. The location was wonderful too. Highly recommend.

The sea view from the balcony was lovely, and our deluxe room had plenty of space. Shops are close enough to walk to, which made getting out for some shopping easy. We had a pleasant stay at luiciana, thanks in large part to the generous hospitality of manager Mr Hamzah and front desk staff member Mo’aayyad. Mohammad from room service was really helpful too. Thanks to everyone, keep up the good work 👌🤩

The room stayed spotless and well cared for, and I liked its modern decor and comfortable amenities. The staff were friendly and attentive from the moment I arrived, making sure I had what I needed. I had a good stay here and would recommend it for an affordable visit.
