The location is the only advantage. The rooms smelled bad, sheets and blankets were covered in hair, the beds had bed bugs, and the service was poor. I'd say book somewhere else, otherwise it's a waste of money.

We were on a business trip and booked three rooms. Every one of us had the same awful stay. Bugs were scattered around the rooms, and bad smells seemed to come from every corner, including the fridge, air conditioner, elevator, and even the sheets. The staff always seemed to be frowning, too. I’m genuinely shocked this place has such high ratings. One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in, and I’d avoid it at all costs.

We only stayed one night, and the price was really good for what we got. The breakfast had delicious Jordanian specialties, and the location was perfect. The staff were lovely, very kind and always there if we needed help.

The location worked really well, with the beach just three minutes away and the city center under a 10-minute walk. There’s free street parking nearby, too. Our room was clean and had everything we needed, and the generous buffet breakfast was a highlight. Excellent value for money.
