Mohamed and Noor were so kind and attentive, always checking that we had what we needed. Our apartment was roomy and had everything well equipped. Tala Bay is a lovely place to unwind by Jordan's Red Sea. We had a very pleasant stay and would recommend it.

The beach nearby was clean and really nice, and the area felt safe. I enjoyed my stay, though the bathroom and closets could have been cleaned more carefully. The guard asking whether my passport belonged to the “maid” was bizarre and disrespectful.

We had a Cabana that worked well for our family of five, with kids aged 7, 6 and 4. Access to the beach club is mandatory. There are three restaurants and a supermarket in the area, which made things easy. Along with the sea and pools, the kids especially enjoyed feeding the fish.

The stay was quiet overall, and the staff were generally friendly. I especially want to thank Mr Yousef Hatamleh. He puts real dedication into making sure people get what they need, and it clearly comes from his commitment to his work.

It was a good stay. Yousef in operations was really helpful, kind and professional. Jerlin was lovely too, serving with a smile and putting her heart into what she does.
