The beds were comfortable and everything was super clean. It’s in a great spot, near almost everything, but there was no hot water and the towels weren’t there when we asked.

We found €200 missing after going downstairs for breakfast before checkout. The money had been in a hidden pocket in my pants, which I’d left on the bed. We never requested cleaning service, and the money was gone after checkout about an hour later. I believe the cleaning service guy took it. We’re going back to Amman tomorrow and plan to report what happened to the police and identify the guy there with them. We strongly suggest avoiding this place.

The staff were friendly and very welcoming, and the lobby felt cozy. The location is handy, near the city center and not far from the beach. Wi-Fi, hot water, and basic amenities were available. The room could use renovation and wasn’t very clean, though it was okay for a night’s sleep.

The rooms are reasonably priced, with clear pricing, and the staff were helpful. It isn’t a luxury hotel, but it worked well for an overnight stay. Recommended.
