Dana Moon Hotel

The room was freezing, and the bed was barely made. The mattress cover kept sliding off, and the blankets had no covers. I don't even want to know when they were last washed. Breakfast was supposed to be included, but we never saw or heard anything about it. We never saw the owner either, and the hotel was completely empty. The place was truly awful. When we arrived, the owner wasn't there and the hotel was shut. After several calls, a neighbor came to help us reach him. He wouldn't let us leave until we sent a photo of our passport and paid, but there was no signal at the hotel, so we couldn't do that. He got impatient on the phone. The neighbor tried lighting a gas heater, but the first one didn't work. A heater from another room finally did, but we turned it off almost immediately because using one in such a small hotel room seemed extremely dangerous due to the risk of carbon monoxide poisoning. I asked the owner by message for towels that evening, since we were still the only guests there, but he never replied. Towels were supposed to be included in our reservation. Please choose another hotel where it's warm, you get towels and a properly made bed, there's reception and the promised Wi-Fi, and the owner is there if you need help.
