The room was quite good for just one person, but it's very small, so don't expect much space. Some things in the room weren't working. I booked through booking about a month ago, and this was my first stay in a hotel in Jordan. After trying a few other hotels, I'd say this one was okay.

The front desk and reception could use some improvement.

It didn't match what the app showed. This place is only for students and isn't suitable for families.

Some staff members had an inappropriate, unprofessional attitude, and I noticed slow replies and little concern for guest comfort. I had a poor experience with the service and the way I was treated. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless the service and treatment of guests clearly improve.
