8/10
The rooms were spacious, and the bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and the service was very good, so I had a good experience. The floors weren't the cleanest, and there wasn't enough hot water for two people to shower one after the other.

The staff at Flamingo Hotel in Irbid were friendly, respectful, and always willing to help. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well organized, and the warm hospitality made my stay pleasant and memorable. My sincere thanks to the management and staff for the excellent service. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Irbid.

The rooms are clean and pretty good overall, but the bathroom fittings are poor quality. The windows don't block sound at all, so it's really noisy and feels like you're living right on the street.

The staff were very polite and showed a lot of integrity. I spent one night with my family of three kids in a two bedroom apartment. The only thing that needs work is the bathroom, which should be renovated.

The manager was friendly and welcoming, and helped us learn about the area. The hotel was neat and excellent. I'd definitely recommend it.
