Kaza welcomed us warmly and was incredibly kind and helpful the whole time. We’d absolutely stay here again. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated, and the hotel’s in a fantastic location. There’s a lovely rooftop with free tea and coffee around the clock, and breakfast was tasty too.

Ash, Mahmoud and Hosam made my stay incredible, and I’d always choose this hotel. From the terrace you can see Saint George church, several other churches, and a really beautiful mosque. The views are especially attractive with all the trees and greenery.

The staff are kind and helpful, and they arranged some things we needed before leaving. Breakfast was okay. The hotel sits right in the tourist centre, with plenty of shops and services nearby and most things in the city within walking distance. It’s directly across from St. George's church, and from the roof you can watch someone play the bells at certain times each day. I liked staying here. It’s a pretty comfortable hotel.

Mr. Kaza was especially welcoming and helpful, and the rest of the staff were friendly and professional too. The location is excellent and convenient, and my room was clean and comfortable. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend it.

There’s a shop downstairs that looks like it belongs in a fairy tale, and the rooftop terrace has a lovely city view. Breakfasts were delicious and fresh. The owner is always ready to help, with a kind, smiling manner. Rooms are clean and look out toward St. George's Church, and the most important places in Madaba are close by. Truly recommend this pleasant place.
