King Hussein bin Talal Convention Centre managed by Hilton

The snacks, coffee, and drinks provided were excellent. It’s a very good conference venue, though the sound and lighting systems could be much better.

The security team’s behavior was the most concerning part of the C8 event at the King Hussein Bin Talal Center. Some members acted disrespectfully and unprofessionally, leaving a very negative impression and affecting the experience. The event also fell short of basic expectations for hospitality and organization. Arrangements were poorly managed, services were nearly nonexistent, and coordination was lacking. An event of this level should show stronger management, customer care, and professionalism. I ask that these issues be reviewed so future events give more attention to quality and visitors’ experience.

The preparation was neat, and the details were followed up well. I’d recommend setting aside a dedicated area for prayer. The standing meal setup could also be improved, since the lines were crowded.

A lovely, classy venue for events and conferences. The views are amazing, and so is the service!
