We were there for two nights as a family and had a four-person suite with a big balcony. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast tasted good, though the choices were limited. The location was excellent, near lots of restaurants and facilities, and the beach was only five minutes away. I really enjoyed the stay and recommend it.

We were a family of nine, and the rooms were really messy, with holes all over them. The service was so bad, and the location was somewhere we almost died. You can barely see the hotel.

The reception team were friendly, and management did try to make things right by offering compensation. Still, the cleanliness problem wasn't properly dealt with. The hotel urgently needs a quality assurance system to make sure hygiene is handled throughout. If cleanliness matters to you, I wouldn't recommend staying here. Even with the staff's efforts, I won't be back.
