We came from Riyadh and had an exceptional stay at Merritt Dead Sea Resort. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive to details from the moment we arrived. Service was fast at reception, in the dining areas, and from guest support, especially Abu Khaled. Nothing felt delayed or overlooked. The resort was spotless throughout and clearly well maintained, which made the stay even more comfortable. We highly recommend it for excellent hospitality, efficiency, and cleanliness. All the best, keep it up.

The worst experience I’ve ever had. Don’t come here, it’s so bad.

Calling this a “resort” feels offensive. It seemed like a dirty rat house to me, and the building was falling apart. The elevator was out of service, the pool looked like a sewage reservoir, and there was no WiFi at all. In the room, the shower had no door, the WC flush button was broken, and the splinter in the bedroom was an empty box. I paid for two nights but left after one. Booking dot com is advertising absolute garbage.

The manager speaks fluent English, is communicative and helpful, and gave me the information I needed during my stay. That was a nice touch at this good hotel in the Dead Sea area. The rooms are nice and equipped with a fridge, AC, and balcony. Thank you! Raphael

The receptionist was unprofessional and seemed to make everything difficult. They wouldn’t take card payment, so I had to find an ATM for cash, and they assigned us an awful room while trying to convince me the other rooms were better. The curtains were broken and stained, and the TV and AC batteries barely worked, with bitten batteries. There were no towels or toiletries until we asked, and then we had to negotiate how many we could get. The bathroom smelled bad and the cleaning was terrible. Street dogs were always lying in front of the hotel, and curtains nearly fell on my son’s head. There were a few other incidents too. The only reason I gave it two stars is the location by the Dead Sea, which is an experience you wouldn’t want to miss.
