The restaurant has good food and a lovely atmosphere, and the rooms are decent, with most offering a view. The location is good, close to Sheraton, four seasons, ritz and Fairmount hotels. Staff were very nice and professional, and I appreciate their support. There were a couple of issues, though: cigarettes could be smelled in the room, and I think they should improve the deep cleaning, possibly by having women do it instead of men. The rooms could also use some more modern furniture.

You feel at home as soon as you walk in, thanks to the amazing staff. For the price in this area, with this level of service, I don't think you can find anything better. The location is great too. Honestly, highly recommended.

Everything was excellent during our ten-day stay around JORDAN, and we met pleasant people. But when we booked this place, we found a bunch of liars at reception. They took payment for breakfast and promised to provide a lunch box, then refused to do so. They should find a more honest way to make money.

We'd booked a family suite and said we had a five-year-old, then reconfirmed 24 hours before arriving. Still, we were given a room that reeked of smoke, which made the night terrible, especially with our kid. The receptionist said smoking was allowed in the hotel. The room itself was a good size, but a bit dirty, the beds smelled bad, and cigarette odor was everywhere, coming through the AC ducts. Breakfast was poor and cold. We left the next morning and booked another hotel.
