Our two-night stay with the family during our Petra visit was made special by Shadi, a genuine Bedouin, and his wonderful family. They welcomed us into their home and shared an unforgettable cultural experience. We sat together and chatted, and seeing their children’s daily life meant a lot, especially for our own kids. The property was wonderfully clean, the view was lovely, and breakfast was excellent. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and would love to stay again.

The owner is from Wadi Musa and knows Petra very well, so we’d highly recommend talking over your Petra trip with him before setting out. Our family had a wonderful stay at the Jordan Guest House. The owner and family made us feel welcome, and the rooms were comfortable and spacious, with plenty of beds for everyone. We can’t recommend this location enough. I’m adding a photo we took of the owner serving dinner. It captures the friendly, welcoming, comfortable atmosphere here.

The hotel sits on a hill, with a super nice view, especially in the evening. They even took us to see the sunset. Shadi, the owner, gave us really helpful tips for visiting Petra, and we enjoyed exploring it over two days. Anthony looked after us with attentive, caring hospitality. We felt welcome and at home. Our room was clean and cozy, with comfortable beds, and the owner upgraded us so we could look out over Petra from the window. What an amazing stay. We highly recommend it to anyone coming to Petra.

Back in Petra for another visit, I booked Jordan Guest House without thinking twice. The whole stay was special, from the atmosphere and the room to the food and the team. Shadi is a wonderful host and person, and Letizia kept everything running smoothly. I’m so grateful for such a memorable time in Petra and the desert.
