We showed up without a booking and were welcomed by friendly, kind staff. The room was clean and looked new, and breakfast was good. They also offer money exchange. I was very impressed, and if I visit Petra again, I'll choose this place.

The hotel was comfortable, and the staff were always welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was good, and they can prepare a breakfast box to take to Petra if you want to set out very early. The location worked well for us: Petra's welcome center is a 15-20 minute walk, with plenty of restaurants and shops around the hotel.

We needed to catch the morning bus to Wadi Rum, so they served us a full breakfast at 6 am, an hour before the usual time. They even made scrambled eggs fresh. The receptionist also gave us useful tips for getting to Petra and back, and our room was clean. Walking from Petra to the hotel is tough, but a cheap taxi is available if you avoid the ones waiting right at Petra's exit.

For the price, this was great value. The hotel is comfortable and not far from Petra, and a taxi to the main entrance cost just 2-3 dinars. Breakfast was huge and tasty, with ham, omelette, bread, jam, cheese, tea and olives.

We found a grocery store and several restaurants within a two-minute walk. The accommodation also served very generous breakfasts. It was about a six-minute drive to the Petra visitors centre, and our room was spacious and clean, with excellent water pressure in the bathroom.
