My friends and I stayed here from November 2 to November 4, 2025, during our trip to Jordan. The staff were excellent, from reception and the bellboys to the servers and cooks. Our second-floor room was comfortable and modern, with good beds and pillows, a clean smart TV, and a safe. Breakfast and dinner both had a good range of tasty food and drinks. The main drawback is getting to Petra’s center. There are a lot of hills, so having a car is a good idea.

The rooms were neat and clean, and everyone on staff was so friendly and kind. Muneer, the waiter, was especially pleasant and kind, and clearly a real professional at his job. If you want to experience how kind people in Jordan can be, I recommend this hotel.

The staff were so attentive and welcoming, and they really made the stay. Petra Elite Hotel was a great experience. My room was spotless and comfortable, with robes, slippers, and welcome treats. The smart TV and modern room controls were handy, too. I’d stay here again.
