We had a wonderful stay. We booked on Airbnb this time, but next time we’ll book directly. The staff were accommodating and friendly. We’d originally booked one larger room, and they offered three smaller rooms instead to fit our two families. We’re very grateful for their kindness and plan to stay here again when we visit Petra.

Lea at reception was wonderful. She was kind, shared lots of helpful tips, and tried to meet all our needs. Our room was spacious and clean, and the hotel is conveniently about a 3-minute drive from Petra visitors centre. I highly recommend it.

Staff were great and very supportive, and the hotel was clean and nice, with a stunning view of Petra city. It’s about a 15-minute walk to Petra visitor centre. For the price I paid, it was worth it, and breakfast was reasonable too.

Ms. Philippine was especially supportive. The staff were cooperative, helpful, and very polite. We highly recommend this hotel.

The receptionist gave us a warm welcome, and the rooms were spotless. Breakfast was good, and it was good value for money. Petra’s main entrance is only a short walk away. The hotel can arrange a car to Little Petra or the back entrance, as well as a tour to wadi rum. They also provide a Turkish bath, laundry, packed lunch, and Jordanian food for dinner.
