Mo’men made us feel at home, and that’s why I’m giving this Hotel five stars. He was so kind and helpful, and made delicious breakfast and dinner for us. The rooms were sparkling clean and had everything we needed. From the hotel there’s a beautiful view, and Petra is just a five minute drive away. Mo’men is also a guide there, so ask him anything you want to know. He’s full of knowledge. I’d highly recommend staying here and supporting his business. It’s well worth it. Thank you, Mo’men!

Dinner was a real highlight. Moumen’s Mother cooked both meals we ordered, and they were delicious. My wife had a particular Jordanian dish in mind, and they made it for her. Lunch bags were available to take into Petra too, and ours were tasty and really convenient. At night, the town lights up down the hill from the dining area, and you can see where the hotel got its name. Moumen, who guides at Petra, gave us lots of useful information before we visited the park. He welcomed our family when we arrived, helped with our luggage, and showed us to a spacious family room with a king bed and two singles. It had everything we needed. The hotel is about five minutes from Petra, and we can’t recommend it enough.

The warm welcome and family feel made this a highlight of our trip to Jordan. Dinner was amazing, and the bedroom was comfortable and very clean. Petra Visitor center is only five minutes away. I’d recommend staying here for an authentic Jordanian experience.

Evenings chatting with Moumen after long days exploring Petra made the stay feel personal. He’s friendly, inspiring, and clearly loves his country. Since we were the only guests, it was especially peaceful. The hotel sits up on a hill, with lovely city lights at night, and it’s a short drive to the Petra Visitor Center. We had a rental car, so getting around was easy. The rooms were big, very clean, thoughtfully set up, and had everything we needed. Breakfast was simple, fresh, and local, just right before heading onto the Petra trails. It felt more like staying in a home than a hotel. If I come back to Petra, I’d stay here again. Cozy feel, great views, and a great host.

We ate every meal at the hotel restaurant while we were staying in Wadi Musa. The food was authentic and homemade, and we met some lovely people there. Moumen is always available, day or night, and he’s also a Petra guide who’s worth every penny. The hotel is close to Petra. Our room was huge, clean, and cute, with an incredible view of the Valley of Musa. One of the best hotel stays of my life.
