We had a great stay at Bait Ali. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with towels, fresh linens, reliable air conditioning, and everything else we needed. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a larger room. Dinner and breakfast were both delicious, and there’s a pool on the property that’s open at all times. We didn’t use it, since we chose to spend a day in Aqaba by the Red Sea, just a short drive away. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. On our last day they arranged a jeep tour and let us tailor the route to the places we wanted to see instead of sticking to the usual tourist itinerary. They also offered a late checkout so we could freshen up after the tour. A last minute starlight tour turned out to be the trip’s highlight. The quiet, scale, and beauty of the desert at night were unlike anything we’d experienced. If I could change anything, I’d spend more time in Wadi Rum and less in Amman. We had a fantastic visit and would recommend Bait Ali.

The night atmosphere at Bait Ali Lodge was magical, and the traditional Zarb was especially delicious. The place was spotless, the rooms and views were amazing, and the service was excellent. Staff were polite and welcoming, making us feel at home. It blends Bedouin style with modern comfort, and I’d happily return. A wonderful experience, highly recommended for anyone wanting to enjoy Wadi Rum in comfort.

We visited the camp yesterday and were treated so poorly from the moment we arrived. The staff spoke rudely and disrespectfully, with a completely unprofessional attitude. We expected basic hospitality and decent service but instead felt unwelcome. It was one of our worst experiences. Management needs to improve staff behavior, communication, and respect for guests. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

The pool was closed for winter, which was a shame. Still, this place is a real treasure in the heart of Wadi Rum, with beautiful details and breathtaking scenery. The whole staff were so kind and tried to understand, fix problems, and help us make the most of our holiday, whatever their language or nationality. The warm, family-like treatment felt unusual in the best way. Can only recommend.

The location is nice, and there’s a mountain with stairs you can climb to watch sunrise. I liked having an actual room with a bathroom instead of a tent. But the furniture and facilities are outdated, so don’t be fooled by the pictures and videos. Service could be better. It was okay overall.
