I absolutely loved it!

The all-inclusive setup was a first for me, and I loved being able to have as much as I wanted. The welcome drink, night lounge and drinks with meals were all included, and the drinks were high quality. Dinner and breakfast both had lots of carefully made, delicious dishes. The sashimi served on mica looked great and stayed cool, which was a thoughtful touch. The hotel’s exterior is lovely, and inside it’s stylish and full of detail. Our room was spacious and easy to use, with all the amenities we needed. I booked because I wanted a slightly more luxurious stay. The parking area is a little small. I had to hurry through dinner to make the optional stargazing tour, which was a shame. The sky was cloudy and visibility wasn’t great, but the stars showing through the clouds were beautiful. Staff were friendly and seemed well trained. There were quite a few foreign guests, but I never felt out of place. It’s expensive enough that I can’t go often, but it was a wonderful time.

We stayed in February and checked in at the scheduled time, but after being shown to a table at reception we were left waiting for quite a while. Maybe they were busy or short-staffed. The staff member who finally came to check us in spoke very quietly and kept using double honorifics. When we asked him to repeat things, his answers changed, which only made us more confused. The whole process took over 30 minutes including the wait. The person checking in beside us was done in under 10. The staff member next to us had cheerfully introduced himself as, “I’m XX, in charge of check-in. Nice to meet you.” Our staff member didn’t say his name and spoke so softly that it felt odd. He was wearing a gray workman’s uniform. Excessive politeness just makes things roundabout. Please learn some business etiquette.
