I went to Sendai Sun Plaza Hall for a Kyary Pamyu Pamyu concert and had a wonderful view of the show. The venue was clean and well organized. The seats were a little close together, and the only toilets were squat toilets, which were small downsides. Otherwise, it was a very nice venue.
