There's no air conditioner, so you have to open the window. The area is 2 subway stations from JR Sendai station, which wasn't very convenient, and the bath tub was too small for me at 168 cm tall.

The hotel name matches the street, and it was cheap. It's about a 7-minute walk from the nearest station, with Kokubuncho and Ichibancho shopping street nearby, plus 24-hour convenience stores like 7 Eleven and Lawson. I'd say it's better for a business trip or a solo traveler than for a group or regular vacation. We were on the 9th floor and couldn't get usable wifi. The room was extremely small for 3 people, so we had to move the small table to open our baggage. It was hot even in early November, with only a heater and no AC. Opening the window let in outside noise. The room keeper knocked around 9-10am while we were still inside. We left at 11, but when we came back the room hadn't been cleaned, and they'd only hung a new towel on the door. Cigarette smell hit us as soon as we reached the corridors. Worst of all, the building shook from what seemed to be construction or drilling at 8am while we were still asleep. That was a first for me in a hotel, lol. I wish I could give it a higher score, but it gave me a headache.

Being in the city center makes sightseeing convenient, especially at night. The internet is super slow, though. I hope they improve it, since I think wifi is one of the most important things for a hotel to provide.

The rooms are being refurnished, and some may not have air conditioning. It's an acceptable option if you're on a tight budget. The hotel is right next to a main shopping street, so it gets a bit noisy at night. It's also 2 subway stations from Sendai JR Station.

The room was clean and tidy, and the hotel is right beside a shopping street and subway station, so it's convenient. It's 2 stations from the main Sendai Station. The rooms are currently being refurnished, and there's no air conditioning at present. You have to open the windows, but then nearby karaoke noise comes in. Hope everything is alright by summer. For a budget hotel, it's a very good choice if your budget is limited. Goodbye.
