After a festival, they arranged a party and picked up about a dozen of us from downtown Niigata City in a minibus. The staff were so kind and accommodating, and the proprietress knows a little English. The bath was wonderful, especially the outdoor one. Definitely worth a visit!

Seeing our names on the guest board when we arrived made us feel welcome, and the staff greeted us warmly too. Dinner was wonderful. One dedicated server stayed with us, explaining each dish and showing us how to enjoy it, all in English. I highly recommend this extraordinary onsen hotel.

I used the 33-hour stay option, which lets you remain until 2:00 in the afternoon. It’s a cozy inn in Imaita onsen, and the staff are attentive to details. The food is excellent, and they can accommodate dietary needs. I love this place and will be back many more times.

I came by for the day-spa onsen, though it’s only open for a limited time. The hotel has mineral-rich water.

Beautiful nature, attentive staff, and a white cat. Great place.
