The rooms were spotless, and they’d thought of lots of useful extras, including toiletries and skincare products you don’t usually find in hotels. It’s a small, excellent place to stay, with the train and bus stations only a few minutes away and plenty of shops in the mall next door. I had a great stay.
10/10
The staff are kind, and the place is clean with nice amenities. Getting there from the station is very convenient, though it can be a little confusing the first time. I’d have liked more washer-dryers, but I was very happy with the stay otherwise.
10/10
The neighborhood feels more suburban, so there isn’t much to do around the hotel, though Tokyu Plaza has some nice shops and restaurants. The hotel itself is right above Totsuka station, just one stop from Yokohama station, which makes the location handy. I’ve stayed at both a regular Sotestu Fresa and a Grand Fresa, and both experiences were phenomenal: modern, accommodating, and with excellent service. THE BEST KEPT HOTEL SECRET IN JAPAN.
10/10
The rooms were very comfortable, and the staff were lovely and went out of their way to help. There were lots of free amenities, with everything we could possibly need. It’s right by the train station and shopping centre, too. Highly recommend!
10/10
We were happy with our stay. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the staff were friendly. It’s about a six-minute walk to the station, with JR lines and the subway available.
