Breakfast was quite tasty, and the staff were friendly. There’s a 7-Eleven right next door. The hotel is conveniently located for some things, though it’s a long way from the bus and train stations. The pros and cons are pretty clear.

For a one-star business hotel, it isn’t cheap. The room was cramped and old, and the bathroom was awful. Getting around wasn’t very convenient either. The door lock seemed close to breaking, the power supply was a bit surgy and unstable, and the hallways and elevator reeked of smoke. I’ve stayed in cheaper, more run-down rider houses with private rooms that were still cleaner.

The Wi-Fi was so slow it was almost unusable, and the bed was uncomfortable in a tiny room. There were lots of marks and stains on the floor, and black spots around the air conditioner that I think were mold. The room was in terrible shape. Worst place I’ve stayed in Japan.

The building’s old, but it was still comfortable and pleasant to stay in. The Chinese food at the restaurant was reasonably priced and delicious, at least for me 😋.
