The staff at reception were so sweet and helpful, and one of the ladies even said she’d miss me when I checked out. I’ll miss her too! For Tokyo, the price is very reasonable. There’s a 7-11 basically next door, and two main subway lines nearby that can take you around the city. You can walk about 30 minutes to the main attractions, and Newoman shopping center is a 10-minute walk down the street. It was hands down the best mall and shopping experience I’ve had, such a ZEN mall. The rooms are small and plain, but have what you need. We stayed as a couple and it was perfectly fine, even for my bf who is 189 cm.

We’ve stayed here several times, and it’s one of our favourite places in Tokyo. Sengakujie metro stop is a short walk away, with connections across Tokyo and beyond. Shinagawa station is one stop away or a short 15-20 min walk. There’s a 7 eleven next door, lots of places to eat nearby, and the Nakau restaurant where they serve breakfast is pretty good and inexpensive for a quick meal. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are quiet, comfortable and well laid out for typical Japanese-style small rooms. The beds are really comfortable too. There’s a small desk where you can easily use a laptop. It’s great if you’ll be out most of the day and just need somewhere clean to shower and rest. You can also sleep in and relax for a couple of days, but the room is too small to spend the whole day in. Great value considering Tokyo prices.

A short walk from the nearest station, the location is extremely convenient for getting into Tokyo and to the airport quickly. It’s reasonably priced and very clean, with lots of amenities available through the front desk. The receptionists were friendly and really helpful with suggestions for places to visit.

They were happy to keep our luggage before check-in and after check-out, so we didn’t have to carry our heavy bags while waiting to check in at another hotel. There are three laundry machines and three dryers, plus a microwave. For an affordable Tokyo stay, the location is great: right next to Sengakuji station, about 15 minutes from Haneda Airport, and a 10-minute walk to the nearest JR Takanawa Gateway Station. The hotel offers a Japanese-style breakfast package for ¥600 with Nakau restaurant across the street. The breakfast tasted great, and there’s a Seven eleven right next door.
