The building is old, but the rooms were clean, had the basic amenities, and worked fine for me. Still, the parking lot is small and feels dangerous, the bathtub is tiny, and there's no refrigerator for food I bring or payment machine in the room. The listing says a five-minute walk from Hanshin Deyashiki Station, but it takes about nine minutes. Morning service also doesn't arrive when requested. Customers and staff can run into each other, so if that bothers you, you may want to avoid the place. The front desk service was particularly poor, even allowing for what you might expect at a love hotel of this sort. The woman at the desk was hard to communicate with. When I said I wanted to pay by card, she suggested cash instead. At checkout, she dropped the customer's credit card on the floor and just laughed without apologizing. The staff could use more basic training.
