We made the trip as three generations of one family. Even though the building seemed old, it was clean and looked after, so it didn't feel unpleasant at all. The staff were kind throughout, and when a problem made us arrive very late, they kindly arranged dinner for us. There was so much food, and both the seafood and meat tasted great. We ate so much because it was so good that we put on weight, which was the one downside. Our plan also included fishing from a nearby breakwater. We didn't catch much, but it was easy to enjoy since the equipment and bait were provided. They only rent the gear, though, so having at least one person who knows how to fish would help. It's an easy option for trying sea fishing.

The room had plenty of space and felt luxurious, and the baths and food were better than I expected for the price. The souvenir selection is broad, with restaurants, convenience stores, and drugstores close by too. Some wallpaper in less noticeable spots was damaged, but the tatami had been replaced and the bathroom was clean. I checked out today and am already hoping to come back.
