Amuri

We found Aimuri while looking for a place with day-use baths, and came on a Saturday. It was ¥2,200 per hour for two adults. They stay open until 9 PM, and when I called, I was told we only needed to arrive by 8 PM. We got there right at the check-in time, and I really appreciated being allowed in! 😭 There's plenty of parking, and the facility looked just as lovely as the photos. The changing room was roomy and fully air-conditioned. There were three washing areas, so it seems well suited to a bigger group. I also noticed care chairs and toys for children, even though they weren't in the photos. The bath was large, comfortable, and just the right temperature. There are stairs with handrails too, which should make it easier for older people to use. Amenities and a hair dryer were available. I'd be happy to visit again, and hope this helps others considering the hot spring. ✨

I had champon. The cabbage leaves they used were the outer ones, so they weren't crunchy, but the pork bone soup was delicious. The bath was lukewarm, which made it easy for children to bathe in, and I stayed in for quite a while.

The service was pleasant and reasonably priced, and the hot spring water felt very creamy. Lots of people stopping in ordered champon, so I figure it must be good. The menu also had a range of set meals and plenty of a la carte dishes that looked tasty. I'll try the champon next time.

I like staying here on business trips from Hondo to Amakusa, and sometimes choose it even when I travel for work. The staff are friendly and thoughtful. At night, the stars look beautiful from the parking lot.
