The staff were polite, as usual, but wouldn't let us into the breakfast buffet. We arrived at 8:49, four minutes after it closed at 8:45, even though breakfast was supposed to run until 9:15. The food was right there, and I asked three times, but they still refused. I understand punctuality and respect it, but that was frustrating. The room was mega small for €170, and opening the window even a crack made it too noisy to sleep. Being not too far from Aomori station was the one plus. The sad vending machines were spread across two different floors.

The people at the counter were really friendly. I can't say much about the location since I rented a car, and the rooms are the big downside: really, really small. For the price it's a good hotel, though. I'd come back only if I were on a budget.

The rooms are smaller than you'd expect, but the breakfast is fantastic. Get there early if you can: it's served from 6 to 9, and there can be a queue.
