Dinner was really tasty and pretty inexpensive, and the breakfast buffet was nice too. The staff were very friendly and helped us order taxis to Ashikaga Flower Park, then gave us coupons for the entrance fee. Our room was clean and looked modern, though the Japanese-style beds were very, very firm. The bathroom was tiny, especially the toilet.

Cleanliness was the best part. The room still hadn't been cleaned when I asked, though, and the slippers provided had already been used. I arrived at 11:30 and was charged 50% for what they counted as an early check-in. The buffet breakfast had almost no variety. The bath and washroom were extremely small, with hardly any room to move for an obese person.

The room was nice, and breakfast was good. Free parking, too.

I used the hotel for a night on the way to Shibukawa. The parking lot was roomy and, even on a weekend, not crowded, so checking in that evening was quick. The older restaurant staff were lovely, and the other front desk staff were very nice too, a first for me at any ROUTE INN I've stayed at. That made the woman at reception stand out in a bad way. She didn't seem friendly from the start, and her answers to my questions felt one-sided and overbearing. I think she may not have been used to handling them. It was a shame.
