Sotetsu Fresa Inn Tokyo Toyocho Hotel

I had a comfortable, quiet stay in a single room that was just right for one person. The staff were friendly and helpful, and you can choose the amenities you need from the lobby. I liked the simple breakfast and all the nearby food options, especially Sangarita, a family restaurant. Toyocho Station on the Tozai Line is very close, and other tourist sights aren't too far away. Highly recommended!

I've been a regular guest at this location since Sept 2023 and have booked here many times since. By coincidence, my family and I have been helped each time by a wonderful tall staff member, R Inaba San. She's pleasant and understanding, and always does her best to handle our needs and requests. Most recently, we stayed 18-20 Feb 2026. Her patience and help navigating Japan's streets have made things much easier for my family and me. Fresa Inn Toyocho is lucky to have her. Keep it up, Inaba San, and see you again around the end of this year.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, but the room smelled awful, like an old ashtray, with a horrible cigarette stench. The bathroom also felt as if it might fall apart.

The room was perfectly fine and the plumbing worked well, and the metro is literally right outside. The surrounding area isn't especially exciting, though, and breakfast was meagre.
