Tokyu Stay Shibuya Shin-minamiguchi

The room was very clean, with good water pressure, and the front desk staff were helpful and accommodating. Communication was very good too. We used the luggage service to send our bags to the next place we were staying, at a cost of about 3000 yen. Staff measured and weighed everything for us, which was really helpful. I recommend this hotel for a city visit.

The room felt like a studio apartment, except it was a hotel. It was fully equipped, with an electric stove, all the dining utensils, a microwave, and a washing machine inside. The staff were friendly, spoke English, and were very helpful. At checkout they even gave us a little gift, a pen, and we could leave our luggage there too. Shibuya is close, there’s a FamilyMart nearby, and Shinjuku and Yoyogi Park aren’t too far if you want to go for a run. Even though it’s near Shibuya Station, the neighborhood isn’t noisy. Super worth it, highly recommended.

The staff were so kind and helped us find directions to the places we wanted to see. The location was handy for trains and convenience stores when we needed late night snacks. Our room was clean and comfy, just right. I’d stay here again!

Check-in and checkout were both easy. Having a laundry machine in the room was really convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and could speak English if you can’t speak Japanese.
