There weren’t many restaurants nearby, though a supermarket was close. The lobby had a coffee machine, and each floor had a microwave. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and clean. On my bike tour, I could keep my bicycle in the room. I’ll come back. Thanks.

We had a room facing Mount Aso, with spectacular views. The staff were kind, respectful, and happy to answer all our questions. Our room was very clean and had plenty of facilities. After long hikes, the bubble bath was great, and the refrigerator kept our food and drinks cool as expected. Even on a day when we didn’t need room service, they brought fresh towels, water, coffee, tea, and other amenities. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay. I can only praise the hotel and staff.

The bed was so comfortable, with a mattress and pillow that felt both soft and firm, and we slept really well. We didn’t want to get up. We stayed one night in a twin room. It was spacious, although the bathroom felt awkwardly small. There was no hair conditioner in the bathroom, and the fridge was cold enough to freeze our milk.

The breakfast was quite nice. The hotel itself wasn’t anything special, but I wouldn’t mind staying again while passing through Aso.

I was on a business trip and found the room clean, though the bathroom could have been cleaner. There aren’t many business hotels in Aso, so being able to stay here at a fairly low price left me generally satisfied.
