HOTEL S-CUBE - Adults Only

I booked a week but left after just two days. There was no coordination at all: when I made the reservation, I was told to pay a deposit and settle the rest at checkout, but another staff member insisted we pay each day. They also wouldn't let us stay during the day without an extra charge. We were told we could keep the same room, yet they kept moving us to different ones. Worst hotel experience. DO NOT STAY HERE

My husband and I have used this place many times, which makes this experience especially disappointing. Because of our work schedules, we tried to leave at different times and called the front desk to ask them to unlock the door. They responded rudely, saying it was strange for just one of us to leave. Then they woke my husband, who had been sleeping, and made him confirm it over the phone. Someone even came right to the exit to ask who was leaving. I was shocked; I've never been treated that way before. I won't be coming back.

The room was very clean, but both during an overnight stay and a short rest, I heard strange noises coming from the bathroom in the middle of the night. It really felt supernatural and scared me. I won't use this place again.

Room 201 had a big, clean bathroom, and the price was reasonable, so it was a great fit for couples. I stayed here with my boyfriend before. The location can be a little hard to find, but that hidden gem feeling is kind of fun, lol. I'd definitely stay again!
