We got a complimentary voucher for an onsen nearby, and breakfast came with the stay. It was just a couple of small sandwiches and apple juice, which I wasn't too keen on. The staff were friendly, the room was very spacious, and the hotel is on Beppu's outskirts with some onsens close by.

The mountain view was lovely, though I forgot to get a photo. There’s also a shared room with free coffee, but I barely needed it since my room had everything: a huge fridge, microwave, separate toilets, a big king bed, and a desk, plus plenty of space.

We were close to the expressway, with a combini and bouldering gym just across the road. The staff were so friendly and even asked how our days had gone. Rooms were clean, modern, and roomy, and breakfast was included, really cute and tasty. There was decent espresso free all day and night, plus great hot chocolate. We also got complimentary tickets for a lovely rotenburo onsen across the road. Great value, totally recommend. Arigato gozaimasu to all the super friendly staff!!!

Everything was clean, and the room, bathroom, and bed were all huge. We were really happy with our stay and felt we got our money’s worth. Free coffee and hot chocolate were a nice extra. Thank you very much!
