The staff made the stay feel warm, always friendly, attentive, and ready to help. The room was impressively spacious and well equipped, so it felt easy to relax there. Both the room and the hot spring had lovely ocean views, which made the visit especially memorable.

The room had amazing views, and I loved looking out from the onsen on the top floor. Check-in was the one awkward part: the woman at the desk seemed a little curt. Maybe she’d had a long day, or maybe we were foreigners who annoyed her. Apart from that, we had a great time here.

I had two awful nights of sleep because I couldn't get enough pillows. There was just one on my bed, and since I have back pain, I asked for two more. They refused and said I could have only one, even after I explained and insisted. This isn't a budget hotel, so I don't understand why they wouldn't lend me two extra pillows. I've never had this happen at another hotel in Japan. The hotel itself is nice, but the service ruined the stay for me.

The room was very comfortable and the hotel was nice, and the onsen was excellent. The front desk staff came across as unfriendly, and seemed weighed down by all the rules. We were mostly there at night to sleep and relax in the onsen, so despite that attitude, we'd still recommend the place.

Everyone was nice and the service was very good. I stayed for two days, and the room was clean. When I came back after being out, it had been completely tidied up. There was a nice view outside the room too. 👌👍
