Room 304. The location is quiet but central, with McDonalds, the TK-05 direct airport bus/limousine, and American Village easy to reach. The unit has a washer and dryer, a private balcony, an air purifier, and a hi-tech toilet. Toiletries including a toothbrush are provided. Marcello was kind and helpful, and front desk support is available over WhatsApp. You can store luggage for free on the same day before check-in or after check-out. There's a wooden desk with a swivel chair, plus a kitchen with a hot plate, tea kettle, and good-sized fridge with freezer. Water, snacks, detergent, and other items are sold in the lobby 24/7. Room cleaning is free once a week. A few drawbacks: there's no bottled water supplied in the room each day, and check-out is early at 10am. Late checkout costs JPY 1,300 per extra hour. Renting plates and utensils for your stay costs extra. The toilet bowl is regular sized, not elongated, and there are no chairs in the lobby.

I spent four nights here in a family condo. The room was spacious and clean, and Manager Marcelo was very nice and gave us lots of help and touring recommendations. I highly recommend the hotel and would stay here again on my next trip to Okinawa.

I don't usually write reviews, but after about 45 days here I wanted to say how welcoming and accommodating Manager Marcelo was. I really appreciated his help throughout the stay. The place felt modern and had a wide range of amenities. I'd definitely come back.

The thing that made the stay special was how valued the staff made me feel. Everyone, from the front desk to the hotel owner, went out of their way to make things comfortable and enjoyable. They were friendly and attentive from the moment I arrived. I stayed for a few nights, and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with the amenities I needed and a lovely city view. The bed was very comfortable too, and I slept well each night. The experience exceeded my expectations, and I'd recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay.
