Hotel Aria Makuhari Bay - Adult Only

Coming back for another stay, I found that many of the problems from last time had been improved a lot. The front desk, corridors, and rooms are clean, and the staff who helped me were polite. All seven rooms on the fourth floor are non-smoking, which is a nice option. There's a supermarket just across the main road; walking over after check-in is easiest, since driving there means a long detour on the way back. The bathroom has two faucets, with one set aside for drinking water. Member perks have grown to include free breakfast, plus soft drinks and alcoholic drinks with the welcome beverages. The garage under the building has a 2.3 m height limit marked at the entrance, and there's also ground-level parking behind the building. You pay at a machine in your room, and room service is collected in person. The lobby and hallways also made a clean first impression.

Clean rooms, helpful service, and a good price.

The phone service is absolutely awful.

I hadn't noticed that the room I'd entered on the fourth floor was non-smoking. When I called to ask for a change, a very pleasant man took care of it and moved me to another room. The room was clean, and the payment setup was a clever touch. I'll definitely stay here again next time.
