10/10
The rooms were spacious, especially compared with hotels in Tokyo, and the service was amazing. It’s close to both the train station and the outlet mall. I’d recommend it 10/10 and would stay again.

I stayed for three nights with my two children. They were delighted by the bubble bath, and I slept really well on the comfortable bed, waking up refreshed each morning. The hotel is quite old, but everything was well maintained. All the staff were kind and friendly.

There’s no fitness room, and the restaurants stop taking orders at 20:00. The TV also has only one English-language channel, so it may not be the best fit for non-Asian guests. The staff, though, were always trying to go the extra mile with their service.

8/10
One staff member went out of her way to help me with the bus limousine schedule, then walked me to the bus stop. I’m sorry I didn’t get her name, because she deserves recognition. The staff were amazing during my two-night stay, and the breakfast buffet was great. The room was nice and spacious, and the bathroom was lovely. I couldn’t get the shower temperature quite right, although taking a bath caused no problem.

I was there for three nights for a conference. The room was a good size, the bed was super comfortable, and reception service was excellent. The staff tried really hard to speak English with foreign guests.
