The room size, breakfast, and value were all good, and I’d gladly stay here again in the future. What made the place special was the staff’s friendliness and commitment to making the stay easy. I especially appreciated their politeness and sense of humor. Highly recommended.

The room was pretty average, but the food was absolutely delicious, and I really enjoyed the open-air bath. If coffee were served after breakfast, I'd give this place five stars.

The food tasted good, but the room and the way things were handled left me uncomfortable. It smelled moldy, had cobwebs, and the shoji screens had holes in them. The toilet seat was cold and the washlet water wasn't warm when I first used it, so it seemed they may have been switched off until just before I arrived. There was a power use monitor at the lobby reception, and while staff were explaining the room and bath, they kept bringing up unrelated reminders like turning off the lights. At an inn charging over 20,000 yen, hearing so much about saving money surprised me. Whether they choose to do that is up to them, but it made me feel uneasy. Take care of what needs fixing before focusing on savings. The owner should visit other inns in the 20,000 yen range and learn from them.
