The air conditioner was so noisy that I couldn't sleep during my stay. It was frightening.

The facilities were great and the staff were very friendly. I'd recommend the place. I saw the reviews saying people couldn't find the entrance password, but I had no trouble. I think they may not have read the instructions or known how to use the system.

We chose this place for our family of four because our flight the next morning was at 9am and we wanted to be near the airport. The location worked well, just 10 minutes from New Chitose Airport, and the apartment-style room with a kitchen was new and clean. The check-in was unmanned, and entering our details on the monitor was difficult. Unlocking the room door was tricky too. We could hear noise from the next room through what seemed like thin walls, which was unpleasant. There's no parking lot, so we had to find a nearby coin-operated one.

We had our reservation number before we arrived, but no door code. We tried calling the staff from a nearby public phone and couldn’t get the right code, so we were stuck outside for over an hour, waiting for other residents to come and go. I’d heard check-in could be difficult, and now I understand. Make sure you get the automatic door code before arriving. We emailed the operator while we were there, but the code only came through the day after we’d checked out.
